Where are the prices? How much does it cost?
All prices are per minute, not per show. Each model chooses her own price from 2.5 tokens to 7.5 tokens per minute. After you choose a model to go into private with you will see her per minute price. You can accept or cancel at that time.
Is your site secure?
Yes, at WildOrchidz.com, any personal information collected from you is kept strictly confidential and is for the limited purpose of identity verification to protect WildOrchidz.com from abusive behavior.
How can I trust you my credit card information? Are there recurrent charges on your site?
Any payment information collected will never be used to charge you for anything, unless you specifically authorize us to do it. There are no recurrent charges on our site.
What do I have to do if I forgot my username or password?
- You can use our automated password/login reminder clicking "Forget your Login or Password?" link on Login page.
- On the "Password reminder" page type in your email and press "Send" button. "
- If something goes wrong send us an e-mail from your registered e-mail address to support@wildorchidz.com.
How do I know how much tokens is left in my account?
Just login and you will see the balance of your account displayed in the top area of this site.
What are the requirements?
Minimal:
- Macromedia's Flash Player 8 Plugin or higher.
- JavaScript Setting must be turned on.
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or compatible.
How long can I use my account?
You can use it for private shows with no date limitation.
What are tokens and how do I buy them?
This site uses a tokens system to access certain live shows or video on demand content. We use a real-time pay per second business model where tokens are being deducted from the member's account after initiating a show or starting a video on demand session.
To purchase tokens, simply click on the "Add funds" section, select your desired payment method and input your information, select the dollar amount of tokens you wish to purchase, and click the "Continue" button.
After processing your request your account will be updated with the tokens you just bought. Furthermore you'll receive an e-mail with the transaction specifications.
Why was my credit card denied?
There are a number of reasons why your purchase might not go through. Some of the most common reasons are:
- There are insufficient funds on the credit card in your profile
- Your card has expired
- Your billing address doesn't match the card statement
- The CVC number you entered is incorrect or incomplete
I'm banned from free chat. Why?
It is the performer's decision. They can accept or ban free users from free chat without any reason. If you would like unban please
contact us.
What if I got an email from credit card processor for valid transaction but my username and password are invalid on our site?
Please send an e-mail with your transaction code, username and password
to us and we will check your account manually as soon as possible.
What kind of live shows are available?
There are three kinds of live shows available on WildOrchidz.com: Free, Premium Chat, and Premium Chat with cam2cam.
Free Chats are clothes-on, interactive chats between the models and the members.
Premium Chats are intimate, one-to-one shows between you and the model. No other members can view or access a Premium Chat.
Premium Chats with cam2cam are the same, only you, the Member, can broadcast your own video image for the model to see, giving you both something to really interact with. You must have a webcam connected to your computer to use this feature.
To initiate a Free Chat on individual models' page, simply enter your nick and click the "Yes, I agree" button.
To initiate a Premium Chat on individual models' page, simply logon as a registered member and click the "Enter premium video chat" button and click the " Enter my paid chat " button.

What are model galleries?
Every model on WildOrchidz.com has two types of galleries:
HQ and
Cam galleries. You don't need to be a registered member to access model galleries.
To view
HQ gallery :
- click on HQ gallery link near model's photo;
- go to model's "bio page" and click the "model's gallery" link.
To view
Cam gallery: click on "cam gallery" link near model's photo.
How could I send emails to models?
To email a model, you must be a Member. To email a model:
- Enter your login and password to sign on.
- Click "Profile" and then "My mailbox" links.
- Choose "Compose" option.
- Fill in the form with your message to a model. You can attach photos to your email.
- When you finish, press the "Send" button. If you want to save the message and send it later, you can click "Save draft."
How do I get email from models?
To read email from the models:
- Enter your login and password to log on.
- Click "Profile" and then "My mailbox".
- Check on the "Folders" is "Inbox" and choose a message you want to read.
- Click on a message to read it.

How do you charge, per minute or second?
Our system calculates billing in one-second increments. So if you initiate a private chat session and you are in private for 3 minutes and 40 seconds, you will be charged for the seconds and not for full minutes. Depending on your system and connection, there can be a slight lag from when you stop a show to the time when our system receives and executes the command.
Can't see any the video output?
This site uses Adobe Flash software to stream live video and audio to your computer. If you can't see the video output of a model, the most common problem may be that your Flash video player is incomplete or out-of-date. Please make sure that you have the latest version of Flash Player (minimum version 8.0) installed for your browser. You can get the latest version of Flash at

What are recorded shows?
Our models records their private chats. Our content staff reviews all privates upon an acceptable video quality and content before we publish them into our Recorder Shows area. Recorded privates are only available for members with a positive balance. Please notice that all our video clips can be viewed based upon a pay-per-second service. And you can view them during one month after their purchase.
